Three Peas in a Pod Early Learning Center was created from a deep passion for children, families, and early childhood education.
Our mission is simple: to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel loved, supported, and excited to learn every day.
Located in Slidell, Louisiana, our center serves children from infancy through age five and provides families with a trusted place where their children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
At Three Peas in a Pod, we believe that early childhood is one of the most important seasons in a child’s life. The experiences children have during these years shape their confidence, curiosity, and love of learning for years to come.
THE FOUNDER
Meet Melissa Falls, Founder of Three Peas in a Pod Early Learning Center
Three Peas in a Pod Early Learning Center was founded by Melissa Falls, an experienced early childhood educator and leader with a deep commitment to children and families.
Melissa spent many years working in early childhood education, beginning as a classroom teacher and later serving in leadership roles within highly respected child development centers.
She was selected as the founding Director of the Early Childhood Development Center at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School, where she successfully helped launch and lead the program from its earliest planning stages through licensing, opening, and years of operation.
Melissa’s leadership helped create an environment where children felt safe, families felt supported, and teachers felt valued.
After years of serving families in the community, Melissa felt called to create a center of her own, a place built on the values that matter most: safety, love, structure, and strong early learning.
Three Peas in a Pod Early Learning Center is the realization of that vision.

Our curriculum was carefully designed by a retired educator who specializes in early childhood development and follows birth-through-five learning standards to support each child’s developmental milestones.
